Your Expert Presenter:
Jeffrey S. Ammon an attorney with Miller Johnson who devotes a significant portion of his practice to economic development incentives, including property taxation, property tax abatement, and related real estate and construction matters. He is a member of Miller Johnson, a law firm with offices in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. Ammon has represented many businesses in negotiating a variety of economic development incentives and has represented a variety of industrial and commercial clients on property tax assessment matters for about 30 years. He is a former chair of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Tax Policy Committee, and currently serves on the Michigan Chamber Board and Executive Committee. Ammon is a frequent lecturer and author on economic development, real estate and construction law matters. He has taught the Michigan Chamber’s Property Tax Seminar for more than 15 years.
