Presented by human resource expert and Michigan Forward regular contributor, Toni Talbot, SPHR.
Toni is the owner of Human Resource Management Services, LLC (HRMS), a firm she began in 1995. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Toni works with various companies and organizations to help them manage their employee resources. Prior to starting HRMS, Toni worked in corporate America as a Manager of Employee Relations and as Human Resource Administrator. She is a designated Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and received her Bachelors of Science degree in communications from Central Michigan University. Toni is a published author of numerous human resource and management articles. She is a contributing writer not only to the Chamber's Michigan Forward, but also to the Michigan Dental Association's Journal. She has been a speaker and trainer for many groups and associations. Toni is also a member of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce's Health and Human Resources Committee.
